Burnout isn’t just being tired — it’s like… I don’t even care anymore. I sit at my desk and stare at the screen, and nothing makes sense. I had to admit I couldn’t push through it like before. I took time off, talked to someone outside of work, and stopped blaming myself. Recovery is slow, but I’m learning to set better limits and stop pretending I’m invincible.
