Fair? Not really. But sometimes “fair” isn’t the point — it’s survival, reputation, or future trust. I once handled extra clients just to prove I could lead a team, and later it paid off in unexpected ways. Still, boundaries matter; being responsible shouldn’t mean being taken advantage of.
