I’ve tried pretending I’m fine, but that backfires. What helps a bit? Writing stuff down so it’s not swirling in my head. Taking five minutes away from my desk. Breathing slowly, even when my chest feels tight. I’ve also stopped trying to finish everything — sometimes just choosing the next thing is enough. It’s not perfect, but it keeps me from spiraling.
