Watery eyes in Pugs are common due to their brachycephalic (flat-faced) structure. Their tear ducts can be blocked, or their eyes may produce excess tears because of irritation. Pugs are also prone to allergies, conjunctivitis (pink eye), or eye infections, which can cause excessive tearing. If their eyes appear red, have discharge, or are constantly watery, it could be a sign of an underlying issue like a blocked tear duct or an infection. Regularly wipe their eyes with a soft cloth and consult your vet if the problem persists.
