Honestly, I didn’t expect to find new friendships after 50. But a book club I joined on a whim changed everything. We bonded over stories and, somehow, life. I learned that vulnerability attracts connection. Volunteering, community classes—even online groups—can bring in beautiful friendships, sometimes when you least expect it.
