Honestly, I thought my body was broken. I was eating less, still gaining. What I didn’t know? My stress levels, lack of sleep, and low muscle mass were the real culprits. After 40, testosterone dips and your metabolism slows, but it’s not impossible. I added light weights and prioritized sleep. Took time, but it worked.
