πŸ‘ͺ Why do I end up arguing with my parents even when nothing is really wrong?

Sometimes I catch myself fighting with my parents over the smallest things, and afterward I wonder why it even happened. It feels like the conflict comes out of nowhere, but deep down, I think it’s old emotions surfacing.

I’ve asked myself this so many times. It usually starts with something small, like my mom asking if I’ve eaten or my dad giving advice I didn’t ask for. Suddenly I feel defensive, and before I know it, we’re arguing. Looking back, I realize it’s not about the words β€” it’s about years of old feelings. A simple comment can trigger frustration that’s been sitting inside me for a long time.
