Honestly? I do break down sometimes. And I’ve learned that’s okay. I take a breath, step back, and remind myself that not everything has to be solved today. I let the dishes wait. I cry in the shower. I call a friend and say, “I’m not okay right now.” And slowly, I pick myself up—again and again. Strength isn’t about never falling apart—it’s about giving yourself permission to feel, and still finding a way to move forward.
