Iāve felt that too. It’s like being the glue that holds everything together, but no one really sees you. Whatās helped me is carving out space thatās just mine. I started journaling again. I go for solo walks with music I love. I even joined an online book club with women my age. The loneliness doesnāt disappear overnight, but connecting with yourself is just as important as connecting with others.
