I’ve noticed this happens to me sometimes – big crowds with flashing lights and booming music seem to bring on a headache. Is that a thing? Anyone else experience this sensitivity?

Absolutely, it’s definitely a thing! Sensory overload is a common trigger for headaches, especially for things like bright, flashing lights and loud, intense sounds. Some people are just more sensitive to it than others. If you know this happens to you, maybe try wearing sunglasses or even earplugs in those kinds of situations to help minimize the impact.
