It’s like a switch flips when anger strikes in midlife—sometimes it’s the feeling of not having achieved everything I thought I would. Midlife brings a lot of changes, and it’s hard to ignore them. I’ve realized that it’s okay to feel frustrated, but acknowledging it early on helps me get through it. Understanding that it’s not just about “me” but about everything going on around me has helped me manage those sudden bursts of anger.
