It’s easy to let exercise slide as the years pass, especially if you’re feeling worn out or dealing with physical discomfort. Many of us used to be much more active, and it’s tough when our bodies don’t cooperate as they once did. But the truth is, staying physically active, even in small ways, can make a big difference in how we feel and how well we age.
