Lately I’ve been forgetting little things—why I walked into a room, where I put my keys. And on top of that, I’ve been feeling more anxious than usual, even when there’s nothing major going on. I used to be sharp and steady. Is this a midlife thing?

Dude, I used to walk into rooms and forget why I was there. And I’d overthink everything. Turns out, mental fog and anxiety can spike in middle age, especially with job stress, family stuff, and hormonal shifts. I started journaling a bit, practicing breathing exercises (sounds cheesy, but it helps), and cut down on doom-scrolling before bed. Also started taking fish oil and staying consistent with workouts—surprisingly helps clear my head.
