I was skeptical. Honestly, I thought mindfulness was just a buzzword people used when they didnāt have real answers. When I stopped resisting, I started feeling lighter. Not instantly, not perfectlyābut over time. Mindfulness helped me stop drowning in my thoughts. It gave me a way to gently come back to the present when the past tried to drag me under.
