Every time my dog finishes his business, he does this weird happy dance—kicking grass and spinning around like he’s celebrating. What’s that about?

My dog locks eyes with me whenever it’s doing its business. It’s both funny and strange. Is this some kind of weird bond thing, or is there another reason for this behavior?
